Bitumen Penetration Grade 60/70:
BITUMEN penetration grade 60/70 is semi-hard penetrations grade bitumen using as paving grade bitumen suitable for road construction and repair conjointly for the production of asphalt pavements with below technical specifications. This grade of bitumen is mainly used in the manufacture of hot combine asphalt for bases and wearing courses. Bitumen 60/70 is the most used bitumen grade and basic material for all alternative bituminous products.
Bitumen Penetration Grade 60/70
is mainly used in the manufacture of hot mix asphalt for bases and wearing courses. Penetration Grade Bitumen supplied by Our GROUP is petroleum grade bitumen, manufactured from fractional / vacuum distillation of crude oil. The Bitumen supplied by our GROUP is produced from vacuum residue (short residue) feedstock.
Penetration Grade bitumens are specified by the penetration and softening point test. The designation is by penetration range only. The penetration grade bitumens have a thermoplastic property which causes the material to soften at high temperatures and to harden at lower temperatures. This unique temperature/ viscosity relationship is important when determining the performance parameters such as the adhesion, rheology, durability and application temperatures of bitumen.
Properties of Bitumen 60/70:
Bitumen Grade 60/70 is commonly used to manufacture asphalt mixes, bitumen emulsion, cut-back bitumen, and modified bitumen. Bitumen 60/70 has the highest-boiling point, heaviest and most polar fraction from the vacuum distillation of crude oil. Bitumen 60/70 is composed of asphaltene and maltene. The heavy insoluble asphaltene molecules give bitumen 60/70 its body and softening point while the maltenes are oily and make asphalt flexible. Asphaltene molecules are soluble in aromatic solvents like toluene but insoluble in heptane. The maltenes are heptane-soluble molecules and less aromatic. Penetration grade bitumen supplied by our group is pure petroleum grade bitumen, manufactured from vacuum bottom by passing hot air. The bitumen supplied is produced from remain of crude oil after cracking and removing hydrocarbon. Penetration grade bitumen 60/70 has penetration between 60~70 desi-millimeter and the softening point between 49 ~ 56C. The penetration grade bitumen 60/70 has a thermoplastic property which is like as synthetic resin material which gets softer with heating and hardens when cooled. This grade of bitumen 60/70 has very strong viscosity compare to other grades.
Uses of Bitumen 60/70:
Bitumen penetration grade 60/70 it is the most common grade of bitumen.
The penetration grade bitumen’s have a thermoplastic property that causes the material to soften at high temperatures and to harden at lower temperatures. This unique temperature/ viscosity relationship is important once determining the performance parameters which is using in worldwide bitumen market as an adhesive, joint sealant, waterproofing agent, damp proofing, construction and maintenance of the road, airfields and all area of and pool lining, soundproof and acoustic, pipe coating and paing along with other thousands application with below technical specification. this grade of bitumen is mainly used in the manufacture of hot mix asphalt for bases and courses.
The most common grade is bitumen 60/70 which can be used for many applications. The penetration bituminous asphalt with high penetration numbers which are soft, mostly used in cold weather conditions and hard bituminous asphalt (low penetration number) can be used for warm weather conditions.

If the order is for long term period, Revolving SBLC is acceptable, also it should be 100% at sight, Irrevocable, Non-
Transferable and Confirmed SBLC, As you know the price for the long term period definitely will not be fixed so the
customer needs to consider this issue only for SBLC deal for 1 or 2 year shipments, should mention a condition for
the SBLC such as month of delivery, as the price will not be stable and would be negotiable.
The final price by 1Mt jumbo bags with a metal cage will be 15$ per ton lesser than barrel packaging.
Inspection: GEO CHEM for SBLC shipments and SGS FOR TT shipments certificate will be provided by Seller
cost at port of loading.

Procedure
1-Buyer Issue fresh LOI soft probe
2-Seller Issue FCO and buyer confirm this FCO
3-Seller and Buyer sign and seal contract and Proforma invoice.
4- For TT deals the buyer will pay the advance amount and seller will start loading the cargo and buyer will pay
balance amount with scan copy of shipment documents. for SBLC deals The buyer’s bank issue operative Irrevocable
and Confirmed SBLC payable 100 % at Sight to cover total value of Contract /PI to be issued or confirmed by a top
World Bank.
5-Shipment will commence according to conditions of the contract and according to agreed schedule.
